Gandi has a unique and wonderful customer base. Nearly all our customers are referrals, since we do not advertise, so we know the importance of happy customers! Our support team is where we make that happen. We are hiring motivated, creative, bright, and sassy individuals that are passionate about helping others manage their presence online.
We aren't looking for a lot of experience for this position. In fact, we don't want the tech wizards, rather the tech wizarding pupils! You just need to be familiar with the internet, know what a domain name is and that a web host is not a person who raises spiders. Our training program will teach you all the rest. If you speak French or Spanish, and particularly if you can write well in those languages, it's a plus. Overall though, if you are rigorous, organized, patient, and sociable, we need your help.
