Our infrastructure has experienced several noticeable slowdowns today, 7 February 2014, due to an ongoing DDoS. Our teams are working to mitigate the attacks.

Periodically, we have to do some things to the mail servers to keep them running smoothly. This is one of those ocasions, so tonight from 22h00 to 23h00 UTC, we will be working on the mail. 

We are not expecting any customer impact due to this maintenance, but we feel it is important to let our customers know what we are doing, just in case. 

An interruption of service on SimpleHosting happened temporarily between 12h53 and 13h27 (CET).

Only a part of the instances have been impacted.

We are currently looking into the cause of this issue.

There is currently a problem with SiteMaker, and all SiteMaker sites are currently down.

Consequently, all the websites using Sitemaker are offline.

Our teams are in the process of investigating the problem.

Update 2014-01-03 03:51:09 UTC: The problem has been fixed by the SiteMaker team. We apologize for the inconvenience. Total downtime: 01:42 to 02:26 UTC (44 minutes)

There has been a problem with sitemaker since 5:00 AM CET today.

Consequently, all the websites using Sitemaker are offline.

Our teams are  in the process of fixing the problem, and we expect services to return shortly.

Since the webmail update, you may encounter errors on the webmail while consulting your messages.

You may encounter issues on the attachments too, as it is limited to 2MB instead of 25MB normally.

Our technical team is doing currently the necessary operations in order to be back to normal as soon as possible.

UPDATE : most of the issues should be fixed now. We are still analyzing and fixing the remaining problems.

The operations on the SimpleHosting platform are currently stopped.

Our team spotted an issue on the SimpleHosting operations.

They are done correctly, but their status is not updated in term of display ("operation in progress" although it is done).

But, it is blocking waiting operations.

We are currently analyzing the issue.

UPDATE : the problem was located in a logger system which did not allow the operation to be updated. All operations are finished now.
