为落实增强域名安全性的相关程序，ICANN 近日订定了与域名所有权有关的新规范。上述规范涉及域名联络人资讯，特别是电子邮件地址的变更程序。

2016 年 12 月 1 日新程序生效后，每次变更电子邮件地址都会寄送确认连结到原信箱与新信箱 (如同在域名移转和变更所有权人时收到的确认信件)。 唯有两个确认连结皆验证后，才会更新域名联络人电子邮件地址。完成更新时，上述两个电子邮件信箱会再收到一封确认信件。

另外，新政策亦针对更改过电子邮件地址的域名「所有权人」 (或在某些情况下为「管理联络人」) 帐号内的域名启用移转锁定，禁止在电子邮件地址变更后60 天内移转域名。

ICANN 现在提供了「指定代理」选项以免除此60 天的锁定限制，同时也因为我们注意到新制度会使相关程序变得复杂，尤其当您无法登入目前登记的电子邮件信箱时， 因此，我们决定采用一项 ICANN 提供的功能来进行电子邮件验证。为此， Gandi 必须得到授权成为域名 「指定代理」 (Designated Agent）。 成为「指定代理」，也让我们可以将 60 天移转锁定预设为停用。

要完成上述指定代理设定，您只要在下次更新电子邮件地址或管理域名时接受 Gandi 的新合约即可。合约内容新增了有关指定代理的说明，从而允许我们在您选择更新电子邮件地址时停用移转锁定。

另一方面，为配合这项新政策，Gandi 平台亦需额外调整。我们无法于 12 月 1 日即完成所有设定， 因此您会暂时不能从网站自行修改电子邮件地址而必须透过手动变更程序，联系客户服务团队提出电子邮件地址变更申请。

我们预计新的电子邮件地址变更程序将于 2016 年 12 月中旬左右完全自动化，届时即可直接从网站上操作。我们会持续更新相关进度。

如果您是域名的所有人，您可能已接过一些诈骗电子邮件。这种类型的邮件会要求域名所有人立即续约域名，或是更新银行帐户资讯，并宣称如果不这么做，您将会因域名逾期而失去域名。

以下是诈骗电子邮件的范例，如果您收到这种邮件，请直接忽略它：

收件者的电子邮件地址

如果您启用了帐户中“反垃圾邮件系统”的功能，那么您也应该检查收件者的电子邮件地址。我们只会将电子邮件寄到您提供的地址，所以，如果您发现收件者的邮件地址是变造过、在 Whois 上显示的那组地址（像是上面范例中的 G23475397CF426333A39B8A1BF5BD226A-1234567@CONTACT.GANDI.NET），那您就知道该电子邮件并非由 Gandi 所寄。

 

检查您帐户中所列的域名及讯息

所有 Gandi 寄给您的通知，在您帐户中的“讯息”栏皆有备份。您也可以在帐户中列出的域名清单，确认您所有域名的到期日。

如果您担心在域名到期之前，忘了替域名续约的话，可以启用我们的自动续约功能。
