Our infrastructure has experienced several noticeable slowdowns today, 7 February 2014, due to an ongoing DDoS. Our teams are working to mitigate the attacks.

Periodically, we have to do some things to the mail servers to keep them running smoothly. This is one of those ocasions, so tonight from 22h00 to 23h00 UTC, we will be working on the mail. 

We are not expecting any customer impact due to this maintenance, but we feel it is important to let our customers know what we are doing, just in case. 

An emergency maintenance will occur on the webmail tonight between 23:00 UTC and 1:00 UTC. Disconnections may happen. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

We will be doing maintenance on our webmail during the afternoon and evening of December 17, in order to update the Roundcube webmail version for all email users.

Between 15:00 and 19:00 Pacific time, webmail will not be accessible. Email delivery and email client access will continue normally.

An incident is currently underway on our Simple Hosting platform (Paris datacenter only).
 
The reason for the incident is not immediately clear; we are investigating.  Please don't launch any operations on the instance for the moment.
